Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shineva Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time:  7-17 business days.

  • Insured Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 20 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shineva Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: Most orders to the USA under $800 are exempt from these duties.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at helpshineva@gmail.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage for a faster resolution.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
